 What should i eat before sports and workouts?

hi all--
I play basketball 2 times a week minimum, 2-3 hrs per session. plus im trying to take some time out for regular BB at home just bought 2 adjustable dumbells. i used to go gym but at most for a month on and off so im familiar with the common excersices. but all this exertion is too tiring. add 3 hours of cricket per week n im dead. can anyone suggest pre and post basketball/sports nutrition diets...the sticky on BB nutrition is quite helpful though. links to similar threads will be most appreciated.

another question...is it advisable to workout and play 3 hrs of basketball the same day?? what will i need to eat for that? i dont want to lose weight.

i dont know if this will help im 180cm, 95kgs, around 25-30% fat.

yes i know that. but im not worried about weight cuz it hardly shows.
