We don't walk around naked for the same reason we don't eat insects (well most of us anyway.) It was a good idea at the time, and old habits die hard. Why do we drink cow milk and not, say, goat milk or donkey milk? it's what we've always done, if there's no good reason to change it, we don't
why would there be a reason not to wear clothes?
