I workout at home. 2 adjustable 20kg dumbbells only and a bench. I only hit the gym for legs and sometimes lat day for the squat, deadlift, lat pulldown machine and the other leg machines. But a pair of dumbbells at home would do just fine. They'll bring you a long way.
is it possible for home bodybuilding, without gym equipment
