I dun understand y KLCC view is less value compare to Golf and swimming pool view?? I think KLCC view should be higher value because only Block C can have direct view to KLCC..

But KLCC view also can see Bukit Jalil Park what.. I think is better view. Dunno le, maybe Block C last time is first phase selling cheaper price.. haha, so price increase not so much..

such as KLCC, Mid Valley, Bukit Bintang, etc. But now really hard for u guys to imagine how pretty the view. When this project done. U all sure envy those who buy Block C view hahaha..

U dun understand.. many ppl not afford to buy property near KLCC which have large KLCC view. For current market price, The Zest still consider affordable level with KLCC view is an add-on value... Although is small but still within our sight. We cant imagine how small or large without real scenery. So, it is hard to comment so much...
