true.. buying a unit is gonna be a diff question...renting a unit may sound better or now..i have seen busines in cyberia..from scratch to one of the most profitable business in that ara .. i thin the shop called NZ something. they sel drinks, ags,normal health products..books.

yup...its slow due to the swimming pool...construction...they need to build that first before progressing the floors..

also SA said that they r focusing more on shop lots as the targeted completion date by August- hand over keys to owners on August..
so apartments will be in slow progression till then..
im biting my nails too..hope all goes well...

And we shudnt be paying for the progreesive interests when the is no progress in the constructions..thats what i understand on the progresssive interests..

I called the law firm..we wont be having much to make a case or what not as the ramp completion is not part of the handover agreement in the S&P.

Added on October 31, 2010, 12:00 pmNope..You cant sell while its under construction..You can start to think to sell after having the key BUT also have to consider loan locking period...If u break..the locking period..have to pay some penalty...but if u cud cover that in ur selling price..WHY NOT?
