Block A Golf view bullshit one la... once u open your balcony is the DBKL flat for block A and B (check google earth).. only when you turn ur head to the right u can see the golf course..

Block C KLCC view also bullshit one la... have to turn your head 60 degree to your left only can see the 2 jagung... good thing about block C east view is more greenary and unblock view bcos of landed houses in BK9, and Alam Sutera.. also getting morning sunshine...

as you all already aware, trinity is very good in telling you this view and that view but you hav to pushing ur head like hxll only can see.. laugh.gif

tats only 12 out of 720 units.. not tat much yet.. more ppl wanna buy instead.. thumbup.gif .. my fren ask me to sell to her as she cant get better location nowadays.. good location are selling 500k 600k nowadays or 400k but weird location...

I dont think Zest will cause fire sale as it was sold at dirt cheap price (between 220k to 350k, majority sold below 300k) 2 years ago, owner still wont drown by heavy installment unlike new condos which are selling more than 500k, owners might hav difficulty in digesting the installment..

What we feel "realistic" is rarely applicable nowadays as price is driven by market force... frens around me feel the whole property market is unrealistic but still forced to rebut and buy 450k condo bcos wanna kahwin liao... its all decided by the market.. willing buyer willing seller...

given the same price, there are market that like condo than landed.. more over landed with that price are usually 10 years or more or less desirable place..

another factor is "New" factor.. there are buyers only like to stay in new building and with newer concept, dont mind the $$

There are a lot of different buyers with different preference in the market... not everyone think a like.. wink.gif

I have known buyers who willingly waiting for Zest instead of sapu Z now given the almost similar price (Z buyer dun punch me, thats my frens' though)..

Another fren just bought G residence at 460k, well y not buy an old OUG landed for almost the same price? there are always different buyer with different taste and different preference.. Different products target for different kind of buyers..

i dont think such thing as sell higher bcos bought higher... remember, subsale buyers are not stupid and they dont care how much the owner bought.. all they want is a reason unit with comparable prize.. lolz...

what happen is block C owner leverage on block A pricing and earn more.. wink.gif

i visit my baby Zest every week.. pass by again just now.. by the way, block C got no direct DBKL flat view .. lolz....
btw Block A got what perks beside slight golf view?.. the only perks is block C sunway view got free aircon..

btw, do you know the master plan of the whole development (block location and direction) or not.. lolz..

That is just give a an indication and estimation of what your balcony will be facing...

if you wanna know how north view looks like, you can try to see from DBKL flat (but now block by Zest liao la).. I was upthere before Zest construction started.. view is great thumbup.gif

Yea, you are lucky as ur unit is located at the far end of Block A, thus KLCC view is unblock by Block C.. KLCC is about 30 degree clockwise from your unit.. whatever view is more than 60 degree clock wise will be block by Block C..

you can try to go to Giant Kinrara top level and see.. initially i tot its only 2 dots, but not as bad as I imagine initially, but dont expect it to be as big as though you are looking from condos in KLCC... direct line of sight - 13.3km, dont forget, Zest is on higher ground compare to surrounding except DBKL flat.... wink.gif
