Why do i have a feeling that they are preparing that place to sell another pre-launches that we do not know yet? What is the sales office for, just to sell the remaining shop units? They didn't plan that all the noise from renovation for showroom will cause a headache for staff or potential customers if they were to move in earlier.

I guess the SA hasn't been trained or equipped to answer these sort of questions yet in a politically correct manner. Bz with moving office i guess. That is not the way to answer.

Some of the TT staff may have purchased with staff price too. So ask if this is her unit with tiles popping up after 18th months. What will she do?

TT by now should have known the Heron issue spread like fire and come out with better way to handle such questions (and with genuine answers, not beating the bush)
