problem is there are 700+ units in tz? quite a few may be wanting to throw the moment vp... so maybe it will take a while to hit rm400k?

the purchasers of heron residency should not complain la... how much they pay for the units? low 100k if i am not wrong... at that price what you expect?

i was at the zest office today to pay the deposit for electricty and water... heard the sales rep say that they will showcase (but not open for booking yet) the z residence in mid valley next weekend?
