Wah, you visit the office quite often is it. Yes, personally i think the SA service is not up to the mark. Any news about the ramp or LRT extension, looks like both are not starting construction anytime soon..

The SA previously told me that the LRT will start construction in Aug 2009. Until now nothin is happpening!

Hi guys, read in the Edge Weekly today that there have been serious delays in the LRT Extension work. Kelana Jaya line is expected to start construction by Nov while Ampang line is facing serious delays....due to station alignment..

Assuming it starts constricution by early 2011, it will only be completed by early 2014. which is way after the zest fully completion date...this is really worrying....

anyone besides me receive any notice for payment from trinity.apparently my bank rhb was lat
e in remittin d progress payment to the developer. Got penalty fee. It is so unfair they should at least call me if late payment and not send the notice after a few months. Rhb also was super late in paying. How shall i go about on this. I know i will not be paying since the bank was at fault. Some more rhb is the project loan financier.

rhb is not efficient. i had the same problem with my previous loan with them. the blame always push back to the purchaser as it is the purchaser that will have to pay for the interest on late payment. settling it via the phone is also a nightmare. rhb said they sent the cheque. developer say didn't receive. ask me to ask rhb the cheque number. rhb provided cheque number, developer denied receiving it. check with rhb, it was never credited/cleared. they gave me a package consignment number to prove they delivered the cheque. cheque with developer, they said there was no such check received in that package. developer blame bank, bank blame developer.. in the end i had to drive to the big RHB building in bangi to collect the cheque myself (they wanted to courier it to developer again, i said no thanks).

late interest to pay developer is 10% per annum. bank mortgage interest usually is around 4% currently. so better get the bank to pay developer on time.

so in the end u paid the penalty fee is it. This is very frustrating. Actually the developer should call tthe developer should call the purchasers if the monies is not in. For me, the amount is very small but not worth to pay

It seems all the pieces are falling into the development plans. Construction is going well - Block A and Block C at Level 19/20, Block B at Level 17. Retail shops are almost completed. Ramp is going to start construction soon. LRT is going to be constructed soon. rclxms.gif

From The Star 21/10/2010

PETALING JAYA: Contractors shortlisted for the first phase of the RM7bil of the light rail transit (LRT) extension would be announced by early next month said an industry source.

The first phase of the extension or package A for both Kelana Jaya and Ampang Lines involved 9.2km and 7.39km of construction length respectively.

The total extension length of the Kelana Jaya line is 17km and Ampang line 17.7km. The extension programme will see an additional 13 stations for each line.

The main construction or facilities work involves infrastructure components such as the guideway, piers and stations as well as the casting and delivery of segmental box girder for both lines

I think there too many interested purchasers in Zest (upon CF) that they are now making a big hoo-haa on small issues so that the sub-sale price will be low upon CF. They are trying to scare the purchasers so that some will fire sale. Very cunning indeed.
