my friend use my iphone to played games until the battery is dead...now even after charging about half a day...still cant open....last night it says to connect to itunes and the itunes says it in recovery mode...but now again my phone is dead and i'm still charging it...what is my iphone prob?? are the firmware rosak already?? can i just update the firmware?? currently been using version2.2....plz anyone give ir opinion as im quiet new in using iphone....

Is it normal right now? Because I was in your case previously when my battery power dead and it shows red and not moving for quite some time until finally it charged normally..

still not normal...just now i try to used it again but the battery dead again....now cant even open the phone and still charging....so tension!!

Are u Sure that u r Charging?

After 10 Mins or so, Press The Lock + Home Button.

Wait till apple logo come out. and Done.

u using power adapter or computer's USB to charge?

using the plug adapter...but after half a day still cant open...i switch to USB to charge...but still the same...

take it to your nearest Maxis centre (NOT maxis partner) and have them check it out.

but i've already let it charge around a day with that screen...but the bar does't even increase normally like when we charge iphone..so how?

if u buy original u can send to maxis and if not mistaken they can change the battery for u

Try to clean the metal contact at the iPhone USB cable. If it is not attached firmly, you may want to check at the connection, female end, of the iPhone. Clean it with proper tools, or if it is not available, try to use tip of paper.

If you been using it actively after 1.5 year (certain charge cycle) the battery is certainly, dead. Consider change the battery ur self. Get the iPhone battery that comes with a free prying tool. Require basic soldering skill. Check youtube.

You might want to consider buy extended battery pack at Low Yat, RM79.00. Do not have to open the iPhone at all. But it will look funny.

nop...still havent solve...but after searching in the internt and multi-times update the firmware...the battery still cant charge...therefore i really thing my battery is the problem n maybe it's time to change to new battery...now searching where n who can change the battery
