anyways some tennis :
anybody got experience with pre-stretching the strings ? coz since ppl kept on saying blackcode loses the tension fast... so thought of maybe pre-stretching it the next round ? praetorian ??If your stringer cannot pre-stretch your strings, you can opt to do it yourself.
Here is a video from YUlitle resident string guru on tennis-warehouse.

If you feel uncomfortable doing the above, just string your racket slightly above the desired tension, and let it rest for 48 hours without hitting a ball, the tension will drop BUT stabilize. You often wonder why sometimes racket tension drops so damn fast when you just collected your freshly strung racket.......
Do this experiment, if you have 2 of the same rackets and both need stringing, string both up. Play with one that is just freshly strung, the 2nd racket do not touch for at least 48 hours. After 48 hours, try BOTH rackets and see which racket loses tension faster and becomes unplayable. This really only applies to people who do NOT get free strings and stringing.Naturally Pros already have their strings pre-stretched and most string jobs last what... 5-7 games or less....
