Guys just wondering, trying to achieve a well balanced chest, currently there's some fats near the armpit and breast area and the area around my neck is quite bony. How to eliminate the fats completely and turn it into muscle, wat kind of upper exercise should i practice? i have 2 dumb bells. now i'm doing regular push ups. it doesnt seem to work to eliminate those fats. i'm around 60kg and i understand the need to eliminate as much carbo and fats in the diet. any other exercise i can do now? should i really go for protein supplement to gain muscle based on my weight now. i don't want a body builder body but just a lean muscular body. any help?

You can't turn fat into muscle, and there's no such thing as spot reduction. If you want to get rid of the fat, cardio and diet.

Mainly a good balanced diet reduces the fat of course with some quality exercises too. Google for it, there's plenty of exercises that u can do. The question is are you up for it? Or just want to try? If ure not serious about it, i don't think so it will be possible.

Yup, there is no spot reduction. It is a common mistaken myth that people thought. Just have a well-balanced food with fat and oil free. Then, discipline yourself and go for a cardio for a minimum of 45 minutes.

If you want lean muscle, just have a protein-based diet. Find out in the market. There are plenty of choices...
