MK Land

The Q looks Fake to me.

Once it is taken down, people would rush in to buy.

No logic behind .

Good point...
Why would they do that?

If a co got "substance" , they want to collect back the shares first  from the weak holders,

and let people chase after it during the goreng process.

Just guessing only.

Wonder what it will go to when they announce the results hmm.gif
I've been holding since May at 0.37.
The book-value of their land bank is HUGELY understated IIRC

i'd suggest NewTrader to put his blog link on his signature instead of floating us with his blog url in every post that he wrote. fair enough right.
*
Yes. Jason does that.
And very revealing his blog is as well. laugh.gif

you have BTOTO by the way?
*
Not yet.
BJTOTO is high on my 'will get round to it' list and I notice it is now attractively priced at 4.3xx
Good dividend play.
Hate the idea of giving money to VT.
Worried about his tendency to use it as a Piggy Bank for his other failures.
Looking at MPHB for an alternative to BJTOTO.

What say you??

What is your professional opinion on MK Land ?

I think it is fairly undervalued. LAND is the subjective matter.

I need a 2nd opinion from a non Malaysian. notworthy.gif
*
Oh...Gosh...I don't have any "professional" view at all...

Just to say that I consider it an under-valued counter that will rise inevitably to Fair Market Value as and when others recognize the unrealised value that it has - a part of which is in the form of land.

Just my opinion. Don't take any notice etc. etc. icon_rolleyes.gif

Quite right.  thumbup.gif

The world financial market will crash big time in 2012.  The first country who leads the big down fall is none other than USA.
60-80% of their homes will under water, crushed under massive debt and not only that, I believe the USD will tank big time due
to printing by US govt.  Other currencies will follow as well.  We may have to barter using precious metals like silver and gold.  Yes, I am serious.  nod.gif
*
I am relying on my enormous (and growing) stock-pile of canned baked beans to see me through. hmm.gif
People will be killing for food - and you can't eat sliver and gold... brows.gif

Canned baked bean Currency  has the potentials to become International Currency replacing US$.

Mostly other currencies would be pegged to Canned Baked Beans.

Absolutely - and don't forget, the man who controls the can-opener rules the world! brows.gif
