Don't know why this latest model loading time slower than Panasonic BD60. Quite surprising from a sony product.

i dont have any avrs i also dont want to buy any

phillips already decodes dolby true hd to lcpm right so i can connect even any ayam speakers to it to get the audio but for dts hd ma what will i do? i dont want to buy any avr so will i get no audio at all?
does blu ray movies with dts hd ma contains other audio sterams as well?

Not necessarily (for the BD60 at least). If you press stop (for non Java BD)  you can still see the time position on the player's display, then you can power off and when you switch on again (when the Blue Screen appears) just press play and it will continue from the last play position.

I wonder how SEC manage to sell so cheap.

for this kind of price 3k.. wouldn't it be easier to buy two cheapo Region A and region B players and also Dune or C-200 , three units all in one..

My Phillip BDP3000/98 plays all my BDs fine but I just got two dissatisfaction

1) It can't play my GI Joe Disc 2 

2) I also use it to watch movies that I downloaded from the net avi format plays fine including the subtitles BUT MP4 format the picture plays with no sound 

I chose it over BD60 and BD360 because the salesman told me, it is the only player that supports internet movies

If original cost 50-60 also worth to get ahem instead? Or even those open watched once type which is cheap is better choice rite?

A friend of mine is a little bit kiasu. He bought a PS3 months later after me; usually he's the early adopter. Of course by that time, I had amassed a decent BD collection. Later on, he discovered the P-BDs at RM50 each and told me about it; we call it P-BDs. I wasn't interested. I only learned later that he had bought a lot of them because he felt the urge to expand his collection. Of course, he rarely watched them again.

POINT: Collect movies because you love 'em and because you want to watch them over and over. So because of that, buy original, EVEN IF you have to wait until the price comes down from the original release date. Just a reminder, RM60 is about US$20 which is about the average price of new BDs on Amazon. Import from Amazon and bring 10 or less BDs in a single package and you'll be fine. That's like RM600+Shipping at most. If you can afford more than that, why would you want to buy the P version to begin with?

It's about US$17.53 according to my app. That's still decent. Plenty of good titles can be had at that price.
10 and below in a single shipment is considered personal and unlikely to get taxed. I was informed of this by a Malaysian customs officer. They'll open the package to inspect but unlikely to tax.
The ++ is the shipping cost. RM600 is for 10 BDs priced at US$17.53 each.

Ownership for ownership's sake won't make you happy.
