Hi guys,
What's your view on this project? Studio Fully Furnished - 500sqf abt $380k after 10% discount. with guranteed 6% rental for 2 years. Min booking fees only for 15k and you have no worries for 2 years as all legal fees and interest are absorbed by the developer. Thinking to few units, though not sure stil have or not. 500sqf studio? Wardof, Winsor still got tons of vacant lots. Will renting out be a problem?

take up rate is good when developer provides "easy-entry", hence make it quite "affordable" for many speculators.
For this project, one needs to consider what will happen after the 2 year rental guarantee expires........what will happen then? |

Thanks for the reminder. Will try to check out soon although seems to be on the high-side (RM760 p/sqft) compared to Verve which is fully furnished. Is Damas 3 furnished?

It is located near to Solaris MK.Yes, service apartment build for dwelling under commercial title is fall uder HDA effective 1 April 2007. The interest free period of this project is up to vacant possession if I'm not mistaken unlike their Regalia project where they have clearly stated that it is only up to 2 years of contruction period and the overall package they offer is not as attractive as PD3.
