do i need to remove the battery while portable cable?

i believe that u need to provide ur usage for the lappy so that can choose better one..

I need help here..

Problem: when i turned on, sometimes without face scanning my windows automatically get in and after that having sounds problem where i cant play any songs. then when i try to shut down, explorer.exe got problem so i have to force shutdown.

Looking for: is there any solution for this case?
