yeah, me too.. need to call them if not they won't do anything about it. i waited a week after the 'acknowledgment' then can't tahan edy, call them only then the SA called me to give me the order no. sweat.gif

hi,

wana ask.. been starting to use my laptop. after awhile, the mouse pad area will become kinda hot.. so if i'm getting a cooler pad, i should take one with fans on top or bottom?
