asus k50ab is around rm700 cheaper.

But actually once u compare spec to spec, they are around the same price:spec spent

Dell 1555 has intel cpu, ddr3 ati 4570, bigger HD spac, Ori OS, more output (HDMI, esata), and the excellent after sales. (not to say that Asus's after sales is inferior or not, as i've not had any experience with it yet)

So the rm700 is justifiable for the specs diff.

Well, the asus on the other hand has 2 yr warranty.

So it depends more on individuals, i skimped the rm700 and went for k50ab. IMO, looks better , 2yr warranty, but most of all is rm700 dif

3dmark06= 3300 from 3000

Studio 15 should default @ 680/800mhz. OC at your own risk again.

buy online. at times, u'll get some upgrades for free.
also, retailers outside offer the same price or more exp. probably the only good thing is u don need to wait for the product

nothing suprising about tat, 5470 is juz a slight speed bump from 4570, with 40nm
