Weird hor.. I checkout my order on the 7th... they sent this automail, "Dell Order Acknowledgement" then until now no reply...

I want to ask if can change the default 6 cell batt to 9 cell, but no Dell SA to reply to..

I just called, and learned some stuff..

1. Muzak sucks

2. 9 cell batt is NOT compatible withe the SXPS16 because it would jut out 2 inches from the notebook's footprint

3. RGBLED is sharper, kinda like Ultrasharp but WLED is already thinner and better than LCD, so difference is minimal.

4. Bluray R = RM486, Bluray RW = RM908

5. Will take a working day for the bank to do their thing

I also pick the xps 16 after thinking about it for some time.. but when it comes to looks, studio 15 is definitely the winner.

Wanna share something about dell,

I placed order on the 7-8th last week, but due to Maybank's red tape and multiple hurdles, Dell only managed to transfer the payment around Thursday...

But I just checked 'Order Status' and this is what's shown,




So efficient!!!

Still, the EDD shows 24-Aug-2009.

Do you think delivery will happen sooner?
