Guys, how to contact dell for warranty? I got this problem, I can't insert the any disc into the dvd drive. it seems something blocking it from the inside. Need help here

Do anyone have problem with Bluetooth? My friends have this kind of problem:
Bluetooth is ON, but cant detect the device around him. And he already tried install the latest driver from Dell Official website, but failed, whats the problem? Oh, he using Dell Studio 1537 |
