mine is p8700 cpu, 3GB ram, 320GB hdd & 512MB hd4570

his specs should be t6500 processor, 4gb ram, 320gb hdd and 512mb hd4570 accroding to tat price

most lappy has 3/4 usb port only, so it is common that many laptop users buy external port
for me, i use 2 port only, left the usb/e-sata port there
1 port connected to external port for usb mouse & keyboard while the other for cooler pad

looks like a mini multimedia center
can i know where u get the vista gadget watch??

how about if reduce the resolution from full hd 1920x1080 to a resolution where still in the ratio 16:9, eg. 1280x720
will it still blur?

Added on September 3, 2009, 8:43 pmjust now play some games to test the 4570 load temp....
i use assassin creed & dmc4 to test, i pause in the middle of game then quickly alt+tab to hardware monitor to get the result (gpu-z cannot use)
and the temp is.......96C then quickly drop to 80C
i wonder wat is its limit.....

hey guys, can somebody tell me the load temp of urs studio 15's 4570??
mine will rise to 95C in about 15 minutes if play nowadays games

performance difference between them for 3dmark06, 4570-4k vs 4670-around 7k
4570 only can handle most nowadays games in low-medium settings
check this website for more info, there are 4570 & 4650 benchmark, which u can use it as reference
since u want play starcraft2 & diablo3, which are still not sure will be released on 2010
IMO u better choose studio xps 16

u mean ur graphic card is only 64 degree celsius when playing l4d?

actually, other hardwares like cpu, hdd, mobo all in safe temperature
just the gpu's load temperature too high

Don't worry, I actually visit the Malaysia Dell supoort site to select that user manual just to be absolutely certain that it would be GDDR3.
read this manual & search for 4570
in case that different with ur manual, then call dell support

my personal opinion, maybe the agent tot u was asking him/her about ram rather than video memory
and SF4 is fully playable in this laptop
