Or in other words, fail. Ok out from the nonsense and into the arena. I'd say Man Utd got off with a little bumpy start. Hell lotta scares in the 6 yard box. Apart from that, I still don't see the full potential of Valencia yet. I hope he starts to shine on soon. SELL OWEN PLS. HE MISSED ONE ON ONE. ZZZZ. Berbatov I'd say played well, lots of passes connected well. I'm happy. WEE. Giggs is still the best even at his age. Uncle Giggs. Scholes seems like he's doing a bit of mispasses. Tua semakin menjelma. And, DE LAET ON THE LEFT PLS. |

Totally agreed Scholes seems like he's doing a bit of mispasses. Tua semakin menjelma. And, DE LAET ON THE LEFT PLS. Berba played well, too bad he had to make way for Owen, which I think will get more & more chances with our feeders around He (Owen) is the "striker" that we'd been missing since RVN departure but couldn't expect more from him as he's not 10yrs younger. I wonder if SAF will let all them 3 (Berba, Owen & Roon) play together? Owen & Rooney in front of Berba i suppose? ---Rooney---Owen--- ---------Berba-------- |

Solskjaer picks big guns for final
Kiko Macheda, Danny Welbeck and Zoran Tosic have been named in a strong Reserves squad to contest the Lancashire Senior Cup Final tonight (Monday). The Reds face Bolton Wanderers at Leyland's County Ground, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to retain the trophy he won in his first competitive game as a manager last summer. Welbeck and Macheda lead the line as the Reds' second string boasts the rare feature of two strikers, while Cameron Stewart, Magnus Eikrem and Matty James join Tosic in midfield. At the back, James Chester skippers a defence of Corry Evans, Craig Cathcart and Joe Dudgeon, in front of England youth goalkeeper Ben Amos. On the bench, David Gray, Ron-Robert Zieler, Oliver Norwood and Sam Hewson are joined by striker Josh King, who has been in fine pre-season form for United's under-18s. Monday's match, which will be shown live on MUTV from 18:00 BST, brings United and Bolton for a third cup final in just over a year. The Reds have beaten the Trotters in the last two Manchester Senior Cup finals - including last May's triumph at the Reebok Stadium. Prior to last August's victory, a 3-2 thriller against Liverpool, the Reds hadn't won the Lancashire Senior Cup since 1968. United: Amos; C Evans, Chester, Cathcart, Dudgeon; Stewart, Eikrem, James, Tosic; Macheda, Welbeck. Substitutes: Zieler, Gray, Norwood, Hewson, King. manutd.com |
