Repeat this mantra:

1. Do 2-3 sessions of short but intense 10-15 minutes, compound cross-training a week.

2. Eat plenty of meat, vegetables, nuts and fruits

3. Eat every 3 hours

4. Take multivitamins and fish oils.

5. Workout compound movements in the gym

6. Sleep 7-8 hours at night. And take an hour nap in the evening.

7. Stay away from refined carbs

8. Meditate, or find ways to clear your mind and relax.

9. Increase intensity of workouts progressively.

10. Stay the fck away from Herbalife, Uptrend, Amway, Goji seeds, and all that bullshit multilevel marketing, lose weight overpriced dog turd that has the exact same ingredients but in smaller quantities as the specialized products in higher prices.

Then practice it.

I've an easier way. Sit yourself in the middle of the sofa. Place the tv remote on one side. Twist and bend sideways to reach for the remote without moving your lower body and repeat the motion, bringing the remote to the opposite side of the sofa. This will allow you to perform the crunching and twisting motions needed for great abs and obliques. Do this for 16 hours a day and sleep for the other 8.

What's better about this method, is you can eat all the chips and shit you want while doing this exercise, since you'll be burning them all off in the process!

I can certainly agree to that. But eating every 3 hours, multivitamin and fish oil plus frequent exercise shocking.gif
That's quite a lot of work there.

I swim once a week HIIT style for about 20 mins. Mostly just to jack up my metabolism and improve VO2max. Like you, I'm trying to regain my 6PK after having lost them to some overzealous eating. Calorie restriction is everything! Exercise is an inefficient way of burning calories.
*
so you're contradicting yourself...exercise is an inefficient way? or u meant it as efficient?

btw 6 packs is a myth everyone can do it if the put the effort into...pizzaboy gave a good guideline...follow it

You call playing sports/exercising, eating clean food and taking in vitamins + essential fats... A LOT OF WORK?
What are you? A piece of mold that sits under a shade and does nothing but oozes green pus?

Dear lawd, the humankind is beyond salvage.

Ahem, and you don't have abs to speak of. That's just a thin layer of soft tissue that is weak and well... soft.
Real abs are rock hard and tough as nails to protect your guts and spine.

Often when people first met me they'll ask 'why you so skinny one'... there's a number of times
where my weight would shoot up to 55kg, but only the tummy seems to get bigger cry.gif

I couldn't refute that could I? Anyway, I already prepare my whey protein, creatine and vitamins, will
start hitting the gym after my final exam. 3rd try, maybe will post the progress here brows.gif

Hmm, I think I might have replied 'un-tactfully' thus you get the wrong idea. I used to have this notion that to get
6 abs you just need to do crunches everyday, so when Pizzaboy gave his advice I was kinda shocked.
Like this shocking.gif

Well waltz,
I was a bit nut-case and hyped-up just now.

Think about it, everyone needs to eat anyway... so might as well eat clean lah. And playing sports is a lot of fun.

If you can have the dedication to do crunches every freaking day... then eating well everyday shouldn't be a problem, or hard work for that matter, kan?

Cheer to you for knowing more now. =)
Now drop down and give me 50 push ups! LOL! X^D

Well, actually I should really use my brain to think hard before I reply. I'd probably think Waltz is a lazy bum
too if I were you.

Gotta admit I've been eating poorly and not exercising after I went studying in KL.

Now, I'm conditioning my body by training my stabilizer muscle ( is there even such thing? ) before
hitting the gym. Hopefully I'm on the right track.

Anyway, Vin Diesel said in The Fast and the Furious 'no matter an inch or a mile, winning is winning'...
I'll say, 'hard or soft, six pack is six pack' laugh.gif JK
Real men has abs like nail... correct thumbup.gif

Waltz,
Now where's my 50?!

We've got a saying among the Oly weightlifting and powerlifting community.
Abs, were never meant to be concave. biggrin.gif
