the properties they hold really having great opportunity and value.
some more their NTA is RM2.5x
although recently they are facing some financial issue, but i think they might able to overcome it.

goreng stock, mrcb, zelan and jaks

Today, Small cap construction stocks lead gainers. KKB and TSR Capital rose 20 sen each to RM2.30 and RM1.32.... My technical view, Muhibbah looks good. Can consider....pls monitor closely

mrcb and zelan looks better for goreng. jaks a bit slow IMO

based on analysis, i feel that this counter is good in terms of company fundamental & technical reading.
fundamental wise, they got 1 well-known hotel worldwide Palace of the Golden Horses and Mines Beach Resorts and numerous properties like Mines convention centre, the only cons is that they are having some financial issue recently and they are suffering from loss based on the 1Q result.
but their fundamental still can be considered as healthy, NTA is RM2.5x.
technical wise, the recent price seems to be the lowest price for this few months, so there is an opportunity to enter
