I've help you to call up Animal Medical Center located in Jalan Tun Razak near PWTC. They do hamster teeth trimming and incisors. They wil charge RM33 for consultation. You may bring your little hamster let doctor have a look.
Their operating hours is 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday.
