Hey people, i got some questions here:

1. Currently Im feeding my hamster vitakraft emotion but now I want to mix it up with other vitakraft range, how do i introduce it to my hamster?

2. In the front page, it is stated that we need to feed the hamster fresh food daily, but as i read on the internet, most of the site stated that fresh food need only be treated as treats. So please someone explain more about this to me.
