one of my hammy front left finger swell only 1 finger, i notice it today only , she is quite active syrian hammy, and according to my wife this few day she a bit quiet. i'm a bit worried about her

thanks for the advice, i will try to monitor for a week if still same or worse i will bring her to clinic

my female hammy died today T_T, i was wanted to monitor how she doing for a week but today she passed away.

she kept all the food/shit in her mouth when she died, swelled finger seem become smaller, i notice her stomach got abit blood water also, anyone know what is the reason?, i called pet wonderland and they said is caused by fighting/food poisoning/shock but i dont really accept this answer cause the male i been rare more than few month was ok and the female i purchase on 1 jan 2010 died today.

according to pet wonderland, they never really treat their pet with any med or monitor their health.

i think is better to feed back what those pet shop selling + try to get some nutrient food show at first page

edited - maybe try to ask any friend in kl to help you buy?

hi everyone,

my hammy just got 6 more kid popped yesterday.

now learning how to take care the small pups.

my hammy have the same problem with eye closed when i found him, the doc said is because infection cant be saved but if you found this problem earlier then faster send to vet right away.

according to the doc, hammy will had this problem eye closed if infection happen.
