that's what i thought.. your future tenants bear the stamping cost. thus, you'd like to find out as a matter of academic perspective or cost perspective?
i personally wouldn't bothered much about stamping cost.. from a landlord's point of view. |

you can always reposition a thought. perhaps you've been 'diy' all along. go talk to a real-estate agent.. maybe you'll get an idea on how the rental industry moves along?
