Today managed to buy 1500 units of ASM in CIMB bank when i was there to transact some banking transactions. Then I gave my passbook to let teller updated balance and then see whether there are any units or not.

Wow, managed to buy lo.

why those bumi one, can offer so high return while for others one cant offer such?

They will credit the dividends into account. Do they have enough quota for non-bumi?

Yesterday my friend sold his ASM and I was with him and bought after he sold.

It is true but if the funds have been fully issued and subscribed by public, it is the same for any investors and investor A.

Reason:
From A's point of view:-
He is still getting the 6%. Others who come late or what, it is just an exchange of portfolio with existing holder whereby the existing one will get certain months of interest and the new comer is getting the rest of the months.
