I'm just curious, did you attach any stamps on the envelopes for the form to be returned?

I realised that on the closing day when I submitted by hand, I did not attach any stamps in case they return the blue forms back to me...
How how, will they not send the bank draft back to me if I did not attach any unused stamps to it?

Yes the Bank Draft Form and the Bank draft duplicate copy pun ada. The bank can accept that? Interesting....

It is already stated in T&C that an individual can apply for both the Blue Form & White Form.

MIH website still doesn't seem to allow checking on the Maxis IPO application results....I have been waiting for this day..... disappointing...

I keyed in without the DASH this morning and saw it as UNSUCCESSFUL...
