Actually the MCMC should has more power against the ISP in Malaysia.
From what i know, Taiwan has a dert. called NCC, it always reveal the package price and service quality provided by ISP there. And they power is strong enough to ask the ISP to lower their price or the population of fiber optic availability. But here, it seem the MCMC only can help consumer to ask for rebate?

I hope the DAP can take action against them immediately instead of giving them time. Cause from the conversation, we can understand that TM dose not provide any single solution idea or even admit their problem. So what's the point still waiting?
