So the report kinda sums up that they do not have an answer regarding issues that they are confronted with, or at least, a credible one. I think its not the staff competence is in question but rather the head of the staff.

The head fakap so badly that their subordinate can't make up any excuse to cover it up, lol.

In conclusion, the meeting was fruitless and future meeting will yield the same result, as it would seem to show.

What is truly needed is competition which reminds me of a documentary I saw in National Geographics, building pyramids.

They have 2000 people working on it, then separated into 2 groups to build it. The reason is to give a little competition for them to outdo the other groups and thus giving better progress performance.

A little bit out of topic but meh, the solution to big problems sometimes requires simple solutions.
