Hi guys, wanna ask you guys a question about your 650, does it have the light effect either on the lower panel or near the stand(to simulate floating experience) like some of the 8000/9000 LED series have? Coz I noticed under the setup menu, it has the light effect option to be switched on(always, tv on or standby) Just wondering if mine's defective. Thanks for the info. On the other hand, found an interesting read about burn in HD GURU PLASMA BURN IN

As this unit is in my daughter's room and she did admit to me she fiddled with the remote a lot, at first I thought she disabled the light. After checking online, no the light doesn't exist even though the menu has that option to turn it on. On the other hand the Astro installer came today to fix the new dish for Astro's B-yond HD, hopefully the picture on Astro HD channels would look great when they transmit it next few days.

No they didn't change it coz mine was originally concealed so I didn't want them to change as he did offer me. And the HDMI cable looks cheap too, like Jln pasar type.
