LOL, Ibra was withdrawn in Arsenal game, only to get injured when warming up for the next match
How was last night match? I only watched the last 20 minutes. From what I saw, Bojan's stamina seemed limitless. He closed down every opponent. Very hardworking. BTW, how many La Masia products played last night? 10? |

i wonder why Pep still keep Messi on pitch even we have huge lead
Arsenal really struggle facing Wolves, from Arsenal struggle performance and Barca training petang2 performance last night i dont see a problem this midweek, just need to keep do a clean tackle on Theo Walcott |

very convincing win. i was relief important player not injured after this game. If i were pep, i would took messi out instantly after he scored his goal. I thought Chiggy play quite well... Hope pep can play him more after this...

Im not sure la Henry... i think he was right about his reluctance to face Arsenal by the way he played in the 1st leg.. But he must remember he play for Barcelona now... So...Ibrahimovic can't play against Arsenal. How about Iniesta. Has he fully recover? |

QUOTE(picado @ Apr 5 2010, 02:10 PM) haha... Dont underestimate Arsenal la wey.... I think Brca would win with difference 1 or 2 goals.. a 1-1 draw would be enough also to progress to semi-final.. Not under-estimating but this is based on the squad quality that Arsenal has in tomorrow's game.3 key players that won't play: Fabregas, Gallas, Arshavin |

QUOTE(picado @ Apr 5 2010, 12:09 PM) He showed some flashes of his very good passing technique, and I actually get what Pep is trying to do. Imagine, when we have Xaviesta + Busquets + 2 very good ball-playing CB (Pique+Chyggy), we will be the ultimate ball-hogging team ever I would like to watch replay of the match. Looking at how much he has improved Added on April 5, 2010, 3:07 pmA quote from a blogger about the Arsenal game last week: Hours removed from the game and i have a minor guilty pleasure about the last 30 minutes. We’ve seen a perfect 60 minutes, i suppose now it’s time to work for the perfect 90 minutes. Perhaps someday Josep will discover it but today was not it, which is good for had it been the perfect 90 i’m not sure there would be a point in watching another match ever again. Hoping another good performance by the players This post has been edited by matyrze: Apr 5 2010, 03:07 PM |

Arsene Wenger When you don’t have the ball, you can’t play, especially against Barcelona. We have to make the pitch smaller. Of course, half of the battle will be in the midfield; we will especially have to watch out for Xavi. I think the first leg was exciting and the second leg promises to be more so. Personally I would like goals as soon as possible and to take advantage of Barcelona’s weaknesses and I have a team that never gives up and has exceptional mental strength. Barcelona could be disappointed about us coming back in the first leg, but for us the key is to start strongly tomorrow. I think we have won everywhere in Europe except here. Life is about grabbing opportunities and we can make history tomorrow if we can do that. I know we will fight for it and I have always defended the team through tough parts of the season. I don’t think about Henry scoring the winning goal against his former club. Henry can also score own goals if he wants. He’s not the only player who can score, but we have to concentrate on ourselves. Josep Guardiola We have to play to win the match and we know how difficult that will be. We’re in the quarter-finals against a team that reached the semi-finals last season, with good players – players who can play in different positions, who are very fast and only a few points behind Chelsea in the Premier League. Walcott concerns me because of his speed. He played very well against us and also this weekend. I hope the stadium will be full because it’s the most important match of the season. I think it’ll be an attractive match for everyone, either at the stadium or watching at home. We will try to keep the ball and play simple football. I don’t know who has the upper hand after the first leg. It’s going to be like a final and we will see. We need to reach the semi-finals, otherwise people will just remember, yes, Barcelona played a good first half in London SOS yes...lets keep humble Mr. Pep. we are underdogs side. |
