Totalbarca channel has provided many Crackovia episodes with english subtitles. Check them out here. I like episodes which have Puyol as the main character. laugh.gif laugh.gif

messi is out against espanyol due to injury n doubtful for the FIFA Club World Cup semi final...

I am wondering what is Pep's plans for Toure. When was the last time he is in the starting line-up? IIRC, Busquets had started 3 previous matches, while Toure was left on the bench each time.

That's what I hate to hear. Toure can be unsettled because of those rumors. Moreover his playing minutes seems very limited. Masch is a good player, probably among the best DM, but I won't trade him with Toure anytime. Toure's versatility has been proven very crucial for us. I highly doubt Masch can play a role as Barca's CB in case of emergency.

well, i donno whether its Txiki or pep idea to get masch, barca are perfect the way they r right now, if they do get masch, its going to b 4 midget in the midfield area n that's not looking good when it come to set piece situation..

yaya or masch, i pick toure anytime, not only he's more creative but stronger n taller at the same time, tackling wise, although i think masch has the edge, but when yaya is big n strong n dominate the midfield with his structure i dont think its matter a lot whether he can tackles as good as masch or not..

agree on Yaya, Masc is good DM but Yaya has soem advantage like physical, can be a good CB and the best thing is he can score, just remember last season he dribble past three defender before score, even i watch Liverpool every week i cant remember when the last time Masc score a real goal (deflection didn't count)

Yaya gets his chance but the whole team did perform below par. Only Ibra shown a decent game. Iniesta played so badly. Henry too. Both can't beat their marker. Pep should have taken both off earlier. But hey, Milito is on the bench. It's nice to seen him back.

Derbi always a hard task, last season we lost 2-1 at NouCamp to Espanyol
we also need to play ten game in 30 day + travel to Asia so we cant expect we play like normal, some player lost match fitness and tired thank to tough schedule, win in league + qualify to last UCL 16 already enough for me, it bonus if we can get another trophy next weekend

And considering our players always get tackled heavily, especially against continental opponents, I think Barca's position is good enough.

I am really concerned about the fluidity of our game. IMO, Barca this season are not moving the ball fast enough as last season. There are some games in which we exhibit such brilliant gameplay, such as against Inter at home and away at Depor. But in most games when we played badly, it was mainly because we couldn't bring the ball forward fast enough. IIRC, we rarely play counter attack this season. NEVER. Anybody care to remind me when did we last played a counterattack? That is really a cause of concern for Pep.

And I heard that Atlante, our opponent in CWC semis, is a very physical and defensive minded team. They might as well launch similar game like Rubin did.

Atlante play similar style to Barca. They don't have big forward like Ibra, DM like Toure Yaya, CB like Pique etc. Their key player is Marquez. He's a good finisher. And don't forget about Santi Solari, former Real midfielder. He's still decent player like always. This Atlante team is mix with Mexico & Argentina players. Watch their GK with jersey #3. shocking.gif

I am agree with myhotgary, that our penalty look a bit soft. The referee is currently under heavy criticism too.

But what he actually saw was this:

Maybe this time the referee is criticized for being too attentive laugh.gif laugh.gif

LOL. Cruyff is really stubborn. Everybody know that in December England is having its own football party. Surely AW won't let Cesc go. And yet he insists in calling Cesc up. I am pretty sure that Cesc won't turn up for Catalonia though sad.gif sad.gif

Here is the team list:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catalonia_nat...m#Current_squad

Seriously, Catalonia have a midfield line up that can match any national team. drool.gif drool.gif The back line is also is looking secure enough. Its the forward line however that the talent is really lacking.
