i'm using one RM99 HDMI from LG for my PS3, at least their built quality are better than those cheap one using thin rubber which the rubber will worn out if you always carry it around, but who will carry it around like the charger of your laptop?

in term of sound quality and picture quality, i would say no difference, but in term of durability and built quality, expensive one are better (maybe)

just now went to PC fair and find some random booth selling HDMI cable, no brand and only pack in a plastic, RM30 for 1.5m, and from the look, it is gold-plated and nylon housing, the look is exactly like those RM99+ one.
