I guess u all are wondering why I need consent authority rite?
that is because I am not Malaysian. so we need to pass through the Consent Authority approval.

I bought block A, full golf view, about Aug 2013, 768k. heard that nowadays selling 800K above from my seller.
I flew back to KL recently, just came back yesterday nite. Found the temporary rental already.

Hopefully Covillea is the good place to stay. I had a bad experience when staying at other condo. Bought that condo when it just finished. Bought sub sale. the condition was so nice. fall in love from the first sight. but after staying 1 year, my godness... so may foreigners (ehmm.. even thought I am foreigner too. but we are professional expat and love peaceful). majority from middle east, turkey.... they made the condo becomes dirty and unmanageable. i really hope Covillea is not coming something like that
