1. I have been chasing for gas. Until now no news. I don't feel like using gas tank. And I have been eating Mee cup all these while.

2. Anybody has problem with the smell from the floor trap? I have smell from floor trap that does not actually has water flowing through it. Notably:

- floor trap next to the wet kitchen sink
- floor traps outside the bath in both bathrooms.

Any idea how to sort the smell out. Those with flowing water has no smell whatsoever. Advise please.

This place is pretty nice actually. All I need now are more eye candies. Haha

Just back from the business trip. Really disappointed w the management. The service from the management is getting worse! Don't worth for the money we paid.
There are still a few of tenant who really do not follow the house rules n the management do nothing on it even after complain few times.

I reckon the transaction for sub-sale market tends to be slowing down. So price might drop. 700~800psf for Covillea not easy to achieve within these 2-3 years I think

To be honest, you think covillea cannot get rm710psf in due time?
