Dear great2bcool,
Everywhere.

This is the risk of buying new house, everything will only be known once handling over the key.

So I guess the defect rectification form must be very long, if the developer is responsible, they will fix it. good luck smile.gif

QUOTE(tikaram @ Nov 16 2012, 04:16 PM)
If you saying " price is low for some reasons...............chances will be much lower than non gng normal landed house."

I have nothing to say. You are right. Go and buy the 700K Covillea.... I am just asking poor guy question.

1)Buying a 700k condo  Vs Buying landed house in good location &
2) Why buy from owner 550psf vs the listed iproperty where u can get 460psf.

I will rather buy the landed 640K bcs I am poor and not as  rich as you.

Sorry for making Covillea investor upset. I better don't post here anymore as I am not the owner of Covillea. Just Betahan with some "activities " to " fool some buyer to buy at higher price/ syiok sendiri"

Bro tikaram,

Dun need worry, willing seller willing Buyer, you have highlighted the market price, so just let the Buyer decide for himself, smart people will do the maths, cheers :-)

People. I told management office about "bank vault door" but no action taken. WTF.

Can the rest of the brothers and sisters here raise some noise?

Hi bro,

You mean the owner install the door like this?

Does this violate the house rules?
