Yes this is a serious matter and there are already more than 1 unit doing this. I have made a formal complaint to the management and they promised to rectify it. It is not a small fix, they need to put back the rebar inside the concrete before patching it back. Let's all put pressure to the management to make sure this is taken care of properly for the benefit of all owners and resident of Covillea. Thanks.

there were no water distruption this whole week. it could be your unit's water have been turned off etc. it happened to me before where neighbours. up or side doing reno and turn it off. so just complain and make a big ho ha then the person with the key will come in regardless of the time to turn it back on.
