Only got the decorative sheet, bed skirt and decorative pillow and sham brought back via friend in the US

guessing everything was <200. can't be sure.

I'm estimating as I've staggered my purchases over the last year, buying stuff during sales and delaying delivery to avoid a gaping hole in my pocket. But no, the renovation, wet work and furniture is +-200. Carpentry work and wet work alone is 100+++. Hope that helps with your plans.
