definitely cannot, don't just look at the structural, there're lots more architectural works need to be done.
somemore berjaya almost delay for all their project in bukit jalil.

Need to highlight something on No.4, congratulation to the buyers of KR2 who select the unit facing Kesas highway, if they visit to the unit facing NKVE in mont Kiara; like meridin, kiaraville, seni etc, they will understand more, unless they can live in 24hours/365days fully air-con.

The main reason price doesnt move much for meridin bcos all units are direct facing & side facing NKVE.

In kiaraville and seni, there are always have some units advertised for long and offer much cheaper price.

I live there but never own any unit facing highway, viewed some subsales unit at meridian & developer unit at seni before, pay expensive price but live with noise day and night.
