Kastam?? Aihh.. lazy go there.
Just stick to my BRT tongue.gif
135cc engine is a long stroke one. The piston will stay longer at TDC, overlapping is more effective compared to 58.5mm or 60mm.
what kind of powerband you want actually?

If you don't mind to sacrifice low-end, the Thailand cam that I am using now should be fine. Can rev up to 8000rpm easily with 28mm carb. Anything above 8000rpm is a bit sluggish.

330 deg that I was using, 8000rpm (250 deg) only start to boost, all the way up to 11krpm. LOL. That time I was using 15-42 sprocket and 3rd gear can pull near to 130kph.
If you dont wanna usik engine, change to NOB1 SSS, 24mm UMA racing carburetor and remove your air filter.
It should cost you around 400+ but the effect is definitely better than the above.

Lol that day i no kena kastam wor after 1 day they release my item and was send to me on the next day smile.gif no tax. The sender declare the item very low price.

If u interested with TK racing valve spring hor fast fast order liao now they got new stock arrive biggrin.gif TK things very quality compare to local.

*
Block around RM150
Racing Cam around RM150
Valve Spring around RM100
Workmanship maybe less than RM100.

If local brand use CMS ba and block i think shark better Green and red box de. So far i using Faito temporarily no comment yet, coz everything still new and running smoothly biggrin.gif

It can be done... use 60mm block with 280 degree cam, low end sure got as much torque as your stock cam + 135cc. biggrin.gif
I already got racing valve spring. Good enough until 10k rpm. I am using TK valves now.
degree, overlap, lift, where the IN degree starts and ends, where the OUT degree starts and ends...
YY pang valve spring lousy. I use 3 months patah ady.
*
u Everyday Balik Pulau full throttle ma sure patah lol

Wei you still havent tell me how much you want to sell your BRT kok...
*
Haha if change cam and valve spring that is big mod liao biggrin.gif He sure recommend Bee Hock de no need ask ler. biggrin.gif

Btw bro i got check the stage 2 cam from indo with a seller in T135. The cam profiles (270 deg, LSA 103 - 105, lift about 5,8 mm). What kinda powerband it will give? What you think if the cam for 60mm blocks?

but i think the foreman doesnt set my timing and my air flow...
i notice it when i riding on the hills...
wtf gear 1 cant go.... feel really slugish....
anyway... how to set the timing and air flow??
coz i already near spm and dont have a LOT of time to think abt it...
just hope that my bike doesnt have prob after this..
coz school already ends and... hehe... no more "elauns"
*
Take back to your foreman ask him set for u. You set urself later u spoilt ur bike how? What you gonna tell him?

You may need to change the pj or mj.... Or perhaps need a big block to run it more smoothly biggrin.gif So the best is take back to the foreman ask him set biggrin.gif

Yeah most probably, Bee Hock is one of Charge's favourite shop.
I received your PM liao, the price is good  icon_rolleyes.gif When u free?
Actually i am not too sure about the actual price of the BRT also, haha...
Haha i know you're going to say that  rclxm9.gif

I am planning to :
1. change BRT (will get from TryX bro)
2. change camshaft and valve spring (which brand is good?)
3. change NGK Irradium spark plug +  racing coil
4. change rear sprocket 15-36
5. adjust MJ & PJ

Do you think Bee Hock can do all these?
What about the 250 degree? How to change the firing angle?
Sorry for all the noob questions, haha... i starting to get blur now  doh.gif
*
Ermm me free on Saturday or Sunday. After 5pm. The BRT lastime i buy RM300++ smile.gif

BTW the CDi will automatically reconfigure your firing angle so no need to do any setting of the CDI coz is plug and play. BTW that 15-36 sprocket u sure ma? Coz u use so small sprocket later u loose the fun at the lower rpm since u plan to change your cam as well? I think u add a racing block will be more fun biggrin.gif Btw dont forget your exhaust smile.gif If u dont want too loud just ask him change manifold. Coz stock bike manifold too small =.= feel like tersumbat biggrin.gif
