Guys, Laman Glenmarie is also going to be launched soon... maybe end of April or so... Do you think it will have 50% of the responses in Temasya?

Location, not that far, maybe 5mins drive. Also surrounded by 3 golf courses..Prices maybe 10% cheaper?

What'd u think of the responses? ;-)

They are smart to let Temasya do the ballot first otherwise buyers may hold back for Laman Glenmarie.

I think Laman Glenmarie is consolation lar, if cannot get Temasya Glenmarie...
Temasya is ideal, but Laman is not too bad itself... The pricing also shows that... but i guess its fair pricing..

Just a general question...

does anyone think that it is a fair price to buy that 28sfx70sf unit @ RM1.18mil? To buy it now during under con stage, it has its own risk, right?

If selling at RM1.3mil, that is already at market psf rate... why would ppl want to buy at under-con stage, if they can buy next door for immediate stay + renovated unit?

And that is a profit of RM200k from the launch price (>20% margin...higher if it is bumi lot). For 1 year's holding is very good return..
