saw iproperty starting to sell Temasya Citra. 28x70 going for RM1.6M

Wht was the price for 28x70? Was it 980k? Can't remember was there for ballot too but no luck.

We use to sell I&P project before VP, like those launched in 2009, after few mths that the S&P signed with the developer, the owner sell at least 25% above deceloper's price.

Those 28' x 70' are going for RM1.7 mil a pop. A bit ridiculous I must say. RM590 psf

May be this Temasya Citra 3 semi-d wannabe isn't too overpriced after all.
