Yup..according to an agent there last transacted 1.63m for the smallest...a whopping 120% in 2 yrs ...any place has achieve this sort of figure in such a short time?
I think the only reason for the price is the high occupanccy rate thus bringing up the demand factor

Most Probably the middle upper class people is already been attracted there and the serrounding tauke tauke at glenmarie is no joke in terms of wealth...the semi d factory/ showroom price go as high as 12-13mil

Not just anggun, the terrace type semi-d I went and inspected, UFO could be right, their workmanship is above averages...this phase 2 workmanship if it is like the show house, it will be far better workmanship that the phase 1

All the while we know that the design is going to be good but 2 killing factors that cannot be changed :

The super big TNB substation some more at the entrance, yes not HTC is substation

The ever busy noisy dusty persiaran kerjaya(did I get the name right)

No matter how nice the design u can't change these 2 killing factors!
