u are right on that but must becareful...

starting to notice a trend actually, right after Ex-dividend... the price start to drop and than all the small investors all coming in and start selling... i wont be suprised if it drops to about 1.5x or 1.6x... try grabbing Axreit 1 month be4 the next dividend pay out...

good thing about Axreit it seems to be holding its ground whereever it lands...

liquidated 50% of my holdings for Axreit, made some reasonable gains. The rest i use to avg up for the next div payout.

some tiny movement on HSP, i think if CPO rally again today (yesetrday was quite weak esp the closing ).. HSP can touch 2.3X

just to be extra sure, watch out for Dec09, Jan 2010 and Feb 2010 contracts...

i am waiting for some sort of correction on the CPO price (fingers crossed)... my money currently parked with Jtinter (rather than letter my money sit idle make them work for me.. (no thanks to my Remisier)... got me 2 raw eggs...

i also donno how to makan now.

is a good thing, but watch carefully and see if the trend is the same previously ...

i think u will be able to see ur entry point clearly.

which contract month are u referring to?

October 09 contract shud hang around the region of 2100-2300 (there a good no. of open position, i am assuming someone is stalking up ahead of Jan 2010)

Nov 09 & Dec 09 are particular contract months of interest... perhaps 2500 by year end?

Jan Feb March ... May 2010 contracts would continue to see a spike..

Currently experiencing unsual whether as noted in previous threads (i.e. El Nina or Neno watever u wanna call it)

hence my conclusion for Dec 09 till May 2010 shud be quite bullish.

Normally Nov Dec 09 production is the weakest (low cycle)... come Jan Feb 2010 (this is the peak cycle).. supplies would probably kick in probably Earliest March and latest by May 2010..

15th is the final trading day

20th is settlement date - tendering and registration will be done for all positions remaining open.

after that i don't know what happens.. cause i never seen the tendering/registration process before. (normally done by the brokers)

talking abt open interest (although as u mentioned decreasing), compared to last years OI, this years OI seems to be much higher. seems like ppl already have a magic ball whats gonna happen.

i remember dogkey ages ago i bought Kwantas for some reason unknow (prolly itchy hands), 2 days later it declared dividend..

i was like wtf, sold it two days later lost 0.10c x 50 lots + Ech + Clearing + Com=

they merely reaffirmed their dividend policy last yr, but as a good dividend.. well really depends on profits...

if not for gov projects dont think TM can sustain their dividend policies.

well i guess i can't complain too much, i am still high on capital repayment (it is noteworthy this monies came froam Axiata)

fact is i never liked TM or Axiata.. both of them sux.

Due to obvious unfair advantage and potential money making opp, i am inclined to invest in both of this companies...

"historically" it looks like Feb and Aug is the period where they announce their dividend pay out...

remembering no so long ago they affirm their commitment to payout dividend (as to when and how much, remains a question?).

i bet now is about 0.001c... sigh* as token sum

TM shud have Taken Celcom and left TMI to rot under the sun.

TM is stuck again at 3.03..
