The verdict is in, Nokia Hacking is now allowed.
So i'd like to first thank everyone who reported hacking posts, to help maintain the forum. But as of now, you don't have to do so anymore. thank you.
HOWEVER: No piracy related stuff is allowed. If the hacking in question is somehow related to piracy, its not allowed. Again, no piracy sharing. And no piracy requests, not even "PM me please" or using the words "ahem ahem" to describe it. We will be looking at intent rather than words used. If you see any such, please report em, rest assured they will be dealt with accordingly

How about Samsung hacking, Sony Errisson hacking, Motorola hacking, HTC hacking etc etc? Are they allowed?

 I just realised this thread, suggest to PIN it .. as far known, im do create custom ROM's .. but i never allow anyone to request "Personalised" ROM .. i wont do so I shall keep the FW's created clean .. until now, it is .. only FREEWARE embedded .. adding more, hacking is flashing for now since manufacturer like Nokia begin tight CRC checks in their ROM and this is to guide proper usage. Hacking is not legal, but its the risk of the user, since flashing VOIDS warranty .. i repeat .. Flashing VOIDS warranty, at your own risk please, bcos no one forces another to flash .. Thanks to Baronic again, please PIN up and merge with iPhone's Jailbreaking thread if possible at slot this thread somewhere readable ..  |
