Any main difference between Ria 1/2/3? Been seeing some Ria 1 units for own stay, I like the possibility of extended balcony out of the master room. And it's damn jam in the morning during peak hours...especially at the schools area, can take up to 30mins to reach the main rd to NKVE... At night, that area is damn quiet. Guard house still a podok.
