Hi, I also one of the house owner in Sutera Damansara. What our home lacking now is a communication channel for all the residents e.g. a forum for all the sutera Damansara resident.

I also have not move into Sutera but I think the set up is quite nice. If the residents are united, this township is easier to manage due to cluster design. Dun put any hope on OSK, irresponsible developer. Have to depend on ourselves to make this township work. Any floria semi D resident or buyer?

I think sutera Damansara is a good development. The house are quite modern and good quality. Only area to improve: access road and the guard house.

Hi, I owned 1 unit of Floria Semi D in Sutera Damanara. Currently rented out cheap cheap to cover portion of the instalment. Any new update in sutera especially the access road and tenants, is the population increased a lot now? Hopefully all resident can work together to push for the access road. If not, everybody will suffer the worsening jam.....
